I PURCHASED A CBR1100XX FROM HAPS CLOSE TO 2 YEARS AGO AND THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME.IT WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE OF A SPORTBIKE AND THE IN HOUSE FINANCING WAS REALLY HELPFUL. WHEN I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT AND WAS HEADING HOME,I STOPPED AT A STORE ABOUT 30 OR 40 MILES AWAY TO GET GAS AND IT WOULD NOT START UP AGAIN AFTER I SHUT IT OFF,SO I CALLED HAP'S AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND THEY HAD SOMEBODY THERE WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO PICK ME AND MY BIKE UP AND TOOK US BACK TO THE SHOP AND PUT A NEW RECTIFIER ON AND HAD ME ON MY WAY BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE BUSINESS DAY,AND IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH THEY EVEN THREW ON A NEW SET OF HANDLEBAR GRIPS.THIS IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF FROM A DEALER,ESPECIALLY ON A USED BIKE.EVERYONE THAT DAY FROM THE LADIES UPSTAIRS TO THE SALESMAN AND THE TECHS IN THE GARAGE REALLY IMPRESSED ME.THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT HAPS,YOU REALLY ARE PROFESSIONALS,AND I WOULD VOUCHE FOR YOU ANYTIME...JUST WISH I COULD SEND YOU A PHOTO OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE NOW,SINCE I HAD SOME WORK DONE.

a coil failed on my 81 gl100, at 7pm. in the phone book haps cycle offerd towing, when i called and asked if i could get a coil,new or used was the question,deliverd and bike running by 9.30.the curtesy and service by denny poneleitis second to none in north america.my regret that i could not tell you this in person thanks again ron,ps. no other problems 4000 milles of pure pleasure.

I just picked up my new Magnesuim BMW K1200LT and I love it! Steve and I went back and forth on the price as any good saleman would, and we eventually came to what I felt was a great price for an awesome bike. I had the motolights added prior to pickup and in my opinon are a must have for the rule of "see/be seen." This is my first big bike and it is very impressive...it's quite a head turner too. I got my riding gear at a good price (10% discount for 30 days when you buy a bike) and I'm headed back across the bridge to get the bike cover that I forgot to get during all the excitement. If you want great service, friendly folks, and a sales experience that will have you come back again and again...Haps is the place! Oh yeah, the ladies in the finance department were great too!

I am set to take delivery of a 2003 bmw k1200gt on the 26th of May. I have been making payments on the down payment since late feb. I bought a 1993 Honda Goldwing GL1500 from Hap's December 2008. Billy was extremely helpful with my purchase, and I financed the bike in house. Any service needs i have had for the bike have been handled perfectly by the service department, and the staff has always been extremely friendly when I made my payments. I recently paid off the Goldwing, and will definitely purchase my next one from Hap's.

Wow, where to start? Bought a used trike. The sale was easy and no pressure. They extended a limited warranty, even though it was a consignment bike. When I took it back for some warranty work, they threw the "limits" out on the warranty and did everything to make it right, at no cost to me. They say they care about the customer, and that's no bull. Buying a bike from Haps is like buying something from your favorite Uncle.

Visited the dealership 8/21 to get some parts for my '81 BMW. Was saddened to see that Hap had died. Didcivered the dealeship about 1987. My 1st true memory of Hap was the start up of the Sunbeemers Club and leaving the store for a Group ride out to Arcadia with Hap leading on a R100RS or a K100RS and he was motoring! Wonderful man. brought my trike to Hap's was only running on 5 cylinders instead of 6, needed a front tire and wanted lights added to the back. the service was just great, the bike runs like it is new and the work the did on the lights was over and above. the time they put into the engine was a lot more then reflected on the bill, they tell you one thing and they stick to it. I would recommended their service dept to anyone that owns a motorcycle .

It's been almost 10yrs since I've ridden, and I just bought a '95 Shadow 1100 a few weeks ago that had been stored badly for a year. The service dept. did a great job cleaning it out and getting it to run right. I've since been back twice with questions about the gears, and needing a fine tuning on the carbs. They took time out of their busy schedules to take care of me as soon as I walked in. I highly recommend Hap's Honda.

Back in the late 1960's to the mid 1970's I would purchase parts and equipment from Hap's. The fastest I have ever been was riding with Big Al t on the back of a tricked out Kawasaki back around 1970. Glad to see y'all are still around and surviving!

Haps is the best dealership I have ever been to, and I've been riding for over 40 years. Only Amol in Dumont NJ could come close. It is almost unheard of for a dealership to work on bikes that are more than 10-15 years old. I have a 1975 R90S that needed work I could not do myself and Haps eagerly took it in and handed it over to Phil. He turned to me and said "I would uncrate these and set them up when they came to us new!" What a great feeling to have your old bike worked on by a BMW Master Technician who knows your 40 year old bike inside and out! along with other BMWs that are 50-60 years as well !
